Best Before may use the Content in correspondence, third-party websites, advertising media and other channels.

You accept full responsibility for your Content and claims or losses arising from Best Before’s use of it. You warrant that it does not infringe, misuse or violate patents, copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, personality rights, property rights, intellectual property rights, image rights, privacy rights or applicable laws and regulations.

For users of different languages, this Website provides Traditional Chinese, English and Simplified Chinese content. If language versions differ, please contact the shop for clarification. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Subject to the statutory protections in section 14, Best Before is not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Product prices are displayed in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Best Before handles payment disputes, refunds and order cancellations relating to Website transactions. All Website transactions and these terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, regardless of payment currency. 12. Notices

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

Their interpretation and application, and disputes relating to them, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, guarantees, liabilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law. Where these terms conflict with mandatory legal requirements, applicable law prevails.

15. Other matters

A failure by Best Before to exercise or enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of it.

If a competent court finds a provision invalid, the parties agree that the court should give effect to their intention as far as possible, while the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Headings are for convenience and have no separate legal or contractual effect.
