Information we collect
When you order, enquire or use an account, we process the name, email, phone number, billing and delivery details, ordered items, transaction status and correspondence you provide. Payment information is handled by the payment services identified at checkout. Shopify and enabled analytics services also process cookies, device/browser information, IP addresses, browsing and shopping activity.
Purposes and required information
We use information for payments, purchasing after payment, delivery, order support, refunds, account services, fraud prevention, website operation, traffic analysis and applicable record-keeping or legal obligations. Contact and delivery information requested for an order is necessary to process and deliver it; without it we may be unable to complete the transaction.
