Shipping policy

We source pre-orders from Japanese suppliers after payment and arrange consolidated forwarding to Hong Kong. Unless a product page explicitly states otherwise, products are not Hong Kong ready stock.

Hong Kong orders of HK$1,000 or more qualify for free SF pickup-point delivery. Shipping for Hong Kong orders below HK$1,000 is HK$36. Availability and charges for other delivery methods or destinations are shown at checkout or confirmed by our store. Please contact us before ordering for delivery outside Hong Kong; worldwide delivery is not promised.

Supplier preparation, domestic transport in Japan, forwarding and local delivery all affect the lead time. Japanese supply is currently tight. Dispatch and arrival dates need confirmation, and delivery within approximately two weeks is not guaranteed. Contact us before ordering if you have an urgent or fixed deadline.

Supplier prices and availability may change. We will contact you to confirm arrangements before changing a paid order; we will not substitute products or charge an additional amount without confirmation.
